Flexible Building Wire

Polar Wire Premium Multi-Listed Flexible Wire is an excellent oil, heat, acid, and moisture resistant Class K Flexing Service Wire constructed with 30 AWG stranding for superior flexibility. Conductors are soft annealed 100% copper, constructed to ASTM Specification B172. Extra-flexible extruded, high dielectric PVC insulation.
  • Rated for -40°C to 105°C (-40°F to 221°F)
  • UL Listed and CSA Certified
  • 1/0 AWG to 750 MCM are CT approved

Fine Strand Battery Cable

More flexible than standard battery cable even in very cold temps, cables made with Polar Wire's Multi-Listed Flexible Wire withstand persistant vibration and flexing for reliability and longevity. Ideal for battery and starter cables, ground cables, and jumper cables.
  • Fine strand annealed 100% copper
  • Tough oil, heat, acid, and water resistant PVC insulation

Flexible Welding Cable

30 AWG Class K fine stranded annealed copper conductors provide excellent conductivity and flexibility, reducing operator fatigue and improving efficiency. The tough, extra-flexible, high dielectric PVC insulation resists abrasion, oils, acids, heat, flame, and moisture, and performs reliably in severe cold temperatures and high heat conditions.
  • Rated for -40°C to 105°C (-40°F to 221°F)
  • Meets UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 flame test requirements

Marine Boat Cable

As a single Conductor 600V BC-5W2 Boat Cable, this wire resists vibration and flexing fatigue, withstands salt water, oil, and fuel exposure, and stays pliable in cold from -40°C to 105°C (-40°F to 221°F). Its fine copper stranding and highly flexible insulation eases installation in the constricted spaces and tight corners typical of boats.
  • Meets or exceeds ABYC standards
  • Meets UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 flame test requirements
Polar Wire's Multi-Listed Flexible Wire is a Class K Flexing Service Wire holding ratings and certifications for multiple uses where flexibility, wide temperature range, and high quality are desired. Premium TPE Insulation

We designed a revolutionary flexible yet durable TPE insulation blend

Class K Stranding

To complement our premium insulation blend, we construct our conductors with 100% copper in a high-strand count, Class K configuration.

Class K stranding refers to the size and number of strands we use to construct our wire. To see the the stranding of our wire, have a look at our Class K Conductors Table. Class K contributes to our wire's superior flexibility and increases the conductivity of our by providing more strand surface area.

We construct all our wire with 100% Copper Stranding for utmost quality and conductivity. We stand by our dedication to quality utilizing only the finest conductor constructions to ensure our wire remains at the peak of performance in the wire and cable industry.
