Our premier Arctic Ultraflex Blue® wire is a premium-quality multipurpose industrial wire, constructed with a highly flexible and durable TPE insulator, proven to perform in the most severe, subzero conditions.
UL recognized as an AWM (Appliance Wiring Material) rated -55°C to 105°C, Arctic Ultraflex Blue® can be utilized in most 600 volt applications and is widely used in industries including industrial automation, military technology, manufacturing, automotive, marine, and renewable energy – from recreational purposes to the development of the latest revolutionary technology.
Our popular Arctic Superflex Blue® wire is constructed with the same flexible TPE insulator as Arctic Ultraflex Blue® wire but in a chemically-connected dual-conductor construction. With a durable extruded polarity stripe, combined with our fine stranded copper construction, our Arctic Superflex Blue® wire is designed to provide a flexible and reliable experience in nearly every application.
Using our highly flexible, Class K 100% copper construction, we also manufacture a premium PVC Multi-Listed flexible wire as a lower cost alternative for those not needing the ultimate performing wire in extreme temperatures. Our Multi-Listed flexible wire is far superior to the competition’s offerings and is respectfully rated for -40°C to 105°C temperatures.
Our Multi-Listed wire carries ratings for a wide variety of applications. Notably, it is UL listed as Boat Cable BC-5W2, Machine-Tool Wire (MTW), and THHW, our Multi-Listed wire also carries several Appliance Wire Material (AWM) designations, exceeds SAE J1127 specifications for type SGT, may be pulled through conduit, and can be used in Cable Tray applications in sizes 1/0 AWG and larger.
We manufacture a variety of premier, industrial power cord configurations insulated and jacketed with our signature Arctic Ultraflex Blue® TPE insulation. Shaped with non-wicking polypropylene fillers, our industrial power cord is designed to sustain a round shape without wicking moisture or mold. Our power cord is found in nearly every industry with its ability to sustain a long life of use subjected to most intensive environmental and industrial conditions.
To cater to our customers in the transportation, automotive, solar, and recreational industries, we manufacture a variety of flexible multiconductor trailer cable configurations in standard DOT color coding. Insulated and jacketed with our signature Arctic Ultraflex Blue® TPE insulation and tin-plated for corrosion resistance, our trailer cable is designed to outperform the majority of trailer cable constructions available to the market.
For the most extreme saltwater and movement-intensive environments, we manufacture a variety of premium, multi-conductor boat cable configurations designed to provide an easy installation experience and long term reliability. Rated up to 600 volts, 105°C dry, 75°C wet, our boat cable construction meets and exceeds UL 1426, CSA, and ABYC standards.
